A $500 non-refundable design fee, credited toward your final purchase, is required to begin.

For CAD projects, we’ll create a detailed digital rendering so you can visualize your piece before it’s made. You’ll review the design and share feedback. We welcome thoughtful refinements, because the details matter.

Once you approve the digital design, we’ll create a wax model so you can see its proportions, scale, and details in person before production.

Revisions are evaluated case by case. Major changes in direction or extra revision rounds may require an additional fee, which we’ll always discuss and approve with you first.

Once you've approved your final design and confirmed all project details, our skilled jewelers begin bringing your piece to life.

Most custom pieces take approximately 6–8 weeks from final design approval, although timelines may vary depending on the complexity of your project, gemstone sourcing, and materials.
